Your outdoor area has a large covered verandah all facing north to capture the winter sun.

I'm only a few minutes drive off the Pacific Hwy which makes the place very accessible.
Large salt pool with cabana close to your van which is great in warm weather, a comfortable and safe place to stay without any stress, no neighbours which makes it even more appealing.
